What we can help with
- Corrections. A claim you think is wrong, with a source if you have one. These get priority.
- Cost reports. What you were actually quoted or charged for imaging, surgery, or rehabilitation, and where you are located. These feed our cost data and are anonymised before use.
- Product feedback. A ramp, harness, or floor covering that did or did not work, and why.
- Press and partnerships. If you run a breed club, a rescue, or a veterinary practice and want to share data, tell us.
What we cannot help with
We cannot diagnose your dog, interpret an MRI report, comment on a treatment plan, or tell you whether to have surgery. We are not veterinarians, and an email cannot replace an examination. Messages asking for a case opinion will get a short reply pointing to the relevant guide.
If your dog has lost the ability to walk, cannot urinate, or is in obvious pain that is not controlled, contact your veterinarian or an emergency clinic now. Do not wait for our reply.
Response times
Corrections and data reports: within five working days. Everything else: as capacity allows, usually within two weeks. We read everything and reply to most of it.
