Health content goes stale and editors make mistakes. This page records substantive corrections rather than quietly editing a guide and resetting its date.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. We aim to reply within five working days. If the error is confirmed, the page is corrected and an entry is added below.
What gets logged here
- Changes to a clinical claim, a statistic, or a cost range.
- Removal of content that no longer meets our sourcing standard.
- Correction of a misattributed source or reviewer.
Typographical fixes, formatting changes, and link repairs are made without a log entry.
